I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about action. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest brands, sail across oceans, and challenge myself in ways I never imagined. Now, as the CEO and co-founder of Elexive, I’m building something that truly excites me: a company that helps leaders make smarter decisions, faster.

From FMCG to Founding Elexive

My background is in FMCG, where I spent over a decade leading sales, brand, and strategy for global brands like Red Bull, Diageo, and Anora. I’ve seen firsthand how companies grow, adapt, and sometimes get stuck. That’s why I pursued an Executive MBA at Aalto EE—to sharpen my strategic thinking and understand how businesses can evolve in a rapidly changing world.

That journey led me here—to Elexive, where we bridge the gap between strategy and technology, helping companies grow without getting lost in complexity.

Why Elexive?

Technology is a tool, not a silver bullet. I’ve always been fascinated by how business leaders can leverage technology without losing sight of what really matters—clarity, execution, and real impact. At Elexive, we help companies navigate transformation, optimize their strategy, and implement solutions that actually work. No fluff, no jargon—just practical, effective consulting designed for leaders who want to move forward.

Beyond Business

I thrive in environments that challenge me, whether it’s in the boardroom or out in the world. Sailing across the Atlantic taught me the power of adaptability, and being on the board of the Aalto Alumni Association keeps me connected to a community of forward-thinking professionals who are shaping the future of business.

Another big part of my life? Triathlon. I’m passionate about endurance sports, and the mental and physical discipline they demand. Training for swimming, cycling, and running isn’t just about fitness—it’s a mindset. It’s about pushing limits, staying focused, and constantly improving. The same principles apply in business: strategy, resilience, and the ability to keep going, even when things get tough.

And when I’m not deep in strategy sessions, training, or working with clients, you’ll find me at music and cultural events, reading, or simply exploring new ideas. Growth—both personal and professional—has always been at the core of what I do.
