Always looking for the right person
We solve business problems for executive teams, one at a time, from strategy to a running tool. The team is small and the work is senior.
The roles open now
Each one takes a different part of the same work.
Your week here
What the work actually looks like, day to day.
-
Client work
You sit with a leadership team, name the problem underneath their concern, and build the tool that answers it. One named problem at a time, owned end to end. We price the output and not the hours, so what counts is what shipped and what it changed.
-
Brain and tooling
You work on Brain, where what an engagement learns stays current, or on the operations tools a customer runs on daily. Two to four working tools a month, deployed and in production.
-
Direct access
No layers. You work with the founders and with executive teams from week one. Your decisions are visible in the product and in the work we deliver.
-
What you own
We are early, and the pace is real. What you build shows up in the product, in what the company is worth, and depending on your model, in what you are paid: a share of the revenue you bring in, or equity.
Who you would work with
There are no layers between you and the two founders, and your first conversation is with one of them.

More than one way in
Most firms offer one path: employment. We offer six, because the best people do not all want the same relationship with one company.
-
Associate
Entry level, career transition, or part time.
-
Employee
Professionals who want stable, full-time work.
-
Flexive employee
Senior experts who want security and upside together.
-
Gigworker
Specialists who prefer scoped, time-boxed assignments.
-
Independent advisor
Experienced professionals with their own company.
-
Partner
Senior professionals in it for the long term.
Probably not a fit if
You want a defined career ladder with annual promotions and levels.
You need someone else to define your assignments and tell you what comes next.
You are uncomfortable working directly with executives from week one.
You want a large team around you. We are small and will stay lean.
Start a conversation
There is one question. Answer it and we will read it properly.
What would you want to own here, and why are you the person to own it?
The first conversation is with Henri or Rolf, depending on what you do. No recruiter screen. We reply to everyone who answers that question seriously.
