Founding Commercial Lead
Own revenue growth for a managed service redefining strategic advisory - sell the brain, not the hours
About This Role
You’ll own commercial growth for a managed service that’s redefining strategic advisory. We’re not selling consulting projects. We’re selling continuous partnership - a brain for your company.
This is a founding team role. You’re not executing someone else’s sales playbook. You’re writing it.
What You’ll Do
Build the Revenue Engine:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Develop and refine our sales methodology
- Create positioning and messaging that resonates with CEOs
- Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and referrals
Sell the Vision:
- Articulate why “Brain” is different from traditional consulting
- Navigate complex B2B sales with multiple stakeholders
- Handle objections about AI, pricing model, and continuous engagement
- Close deals with €10-100M revenue companies
Shape the Market:
- Gather market feedback and inform product direction
- Identify ideal customer profiles and refine targeting
- Build case studies and proof points
- Develop partnership channels and ecosystem relationships

The Commercial Challenge
- New Category: How do you sell something that doesn’t fit existing mental models?
- Subscription Mindset: How do you shift buyers from project thinking to partnership thinking?
- Value Articulation: How do you quantify the value of “strategic clarity” and “compounding intelligence”?
- Trust Building: How do you build trust fast enough to close deals in reasonable timeframes?
Who You Are
You’re a commercial athlete who loves the challenge of selling something new. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from scratch. You understand that great products need great storytelling.
You’re not looking for a traditional sales role with a proven playbook. You want to help build a new category.
Compensation
Base salary €60-85K + significant equity participation + performance-based bonuses. This is a founding team role - you’re building equity value, not just earning commission.
Location & Work Arrangement
Hybrid based in Tampere or Helsinki with flexibility for remote work. Client meetings and travel within Nordics expected. Remote candidates in Nordic countries considered for exceptional fit.
This is an international role but Finnish or Swedish language skills are essential for the Nordic market.

What We're Looking For
Proven track record selling to CEOs and C-level executives
Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models
Understanding of strategic advisory or professional services
Ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly
Comfortable with consultative, relationship-based selling
Self-starter who can build sales process from scratch
Fluent in English; Finnish or Swedish essential for Nordic market
