Ecosystem Orchestrator

About This Role

You’ll build and orchestrate the ecosystem that makes our “10-person, €100M” vision possible. We don’t scale by hiring. We scale by coordinating a network of specialist partners who co-deliver with us.

This is the operational foundation of our entire business model. You’re not managing vendors. You’re building a living network of expertise that compounds over time.

What You’ll Do

Build the Network:

• Identify and recruit specialist partners across strategy, technology, and transformation
• Evaluate capabilities and cultural fit
• Onboard partners into our delivery methodology and tools
• Maintain quality standards across the ecosystem

Orchestrate Delivery:

• Match client needs with partner capabilities
• Coordinate multi-party engagements
• Ensure seamless handoffs between core team and partners
• Monitor quality and client satisfaction

Enable Scale:

• Develop partner playbooks and enablement materials
• Build systems for partner discovery and matching
• Create feedback loops that improve partner performance
• Track ecosystem health and growth metrics

Location & Work Arrangement

Hybrid based in Tampere or Helsinki with flexibility for remote work. Some partner meetings and client coordination expected. Remote candidates in Nordic countries considered for exceptional fit.

This is an international role and the working language is English.
