What You’ll Build
The Platform:
- Knowledge graphs that capture company context and decision history
- RAG systems that synthesize internal data + external signals
- AI orchestration layer that coordinates multiple models and data sources
- Real-time dashboards for OKRs, KPIs, and strategic horizons
- Natural language interfaces for leadership teams
The Differentiator:
- Compounding intelligence - the system gets smarter with every engagement
- Customer-specific context that generic AI cannot match
- Integration layer for Signals, Players, Markets datasets
- Workflow automation for strategic advisory delivery

- Ecosystem Integration: How do you orchestrate human experts + AI + data sources seamlessly?
Location & Work Arrangement
Fully remote with preference for European time zones. We work asynchronously by default, synchronously when it matters.
This is an international role and the working language is English.

What We're Looking For
Strong full-stack engineering skills (TypeScript, Python, modern web frameworks)
Experience building AI-native products or working with LLM APIs
Understanding of data pipelines, RAG systems, and knowledge graphs
Product mindset - you build for outcomes, not just features
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Ability to work autonomously in a small, high-trust team
Excited about the "10-person, €100M" vision
