Getting started
The tooling audit costs 7 500 €. It costs 0 € when a Strategy Map is under ninety days old.
What the month covers
- A running queue of tools, documented as they ship. Smaller items ship several in a month; larger builds consume more of the same capacity.
- Maintenance and monitoring for everything already built.
- Model and interface updates, so nothing rots quietly.
- A monthly value report in your own figures.
Care: 1 500 € a month, once the queue is empty. It covers maintenance, monitoring, fixes and a quarterly review. New tools are not built in Care, and build sprints are priced one at a time.
