You bring the concern. We name the problem underneath it, and we price what solving it is worth in your own numbers. That diagnosis is charged work, because the value starts there. We agree what solved looks like and fix the price before anything starts. Roughly ninety days later your team is using a running tool. A value ledger in your CFO's own numbers says what actually moved. On day ninety we read it together.

Every engagement carries a fixed price, agreed before the work starts, and the cost is known on the day you decide. We price the output, never the hours, and there is no hourly billing to reconcile afterwards. The prices for all three pillars, Strategy, Tools and Brain, are published on their own pages. A scope outside those shapes is custom, and we quote it once we know the problem.

No. Day ninety is the ledger reading: nothing continues past it unless the ledger justifies it, and if it reads thin, we say so first and offer to stop. Separately, anything ongoing can be cancelled any time after its start period.

A conversation about your business and the question your board keeps asking. Nobody here calls a stranger. We arrive through someone who has worked with us, or through a conversation you started. The first problem runs roughly ninety days from definition to a running tool. Your leadership team uses it while we build it, rather than waiting for a launch date. How soon we start depends mostly on how quickly the problem gets named.

English is our primary working language across everything we deliver. It keeps what we build consistent. Finnish is a working language too, since we are based in Finland. We are open to expanding language support based on customer demand.

Brain retains and interprets your company context. Tools builds new operational capability. If you need a new workflow, a new production system, or substantial process automation, that is a Tools engagement. Brain Enterprise includes one build day a month for adaptations inside the Brain environment, but it does not include unlimited custom application development.

Yes. Brain reads from the systems your business already runs on. Which connections get built is part of solving your problem, not a checklist bought up front. We scope them with you and build them inside the engagement. They stay yours afterwards.

Document stores like SharePoint, Google Drive, and Confluence connect to Brain like any other source. Brain reads them so you do not have to. You ask a question instead of searching folders for the right file. The answer is grounded in what those documents contain. Documents are the input. The thinking layer is the product.

Your Brain runs in the European Union, in the AWS Europe region in Ireland. We process your data under a data processing agreement. Nothing in your Brain is used to train a model, ours or a provider's. We claim no certification we do not hold. What runs where, and how access is controlled and revoked, is on the Trust page.

Each customer runs a separate, isolated installation in the AWS Europe region in Ireland. Nothing of yours lives in a shared system. One company's data cannot surface in another company's answer. The details, including what can be arranged differently, are on the Trust page.
